• Seriousness: low

• Type of bug: application error on closing the game (exit)

• Frequency: very often (9 out of 10 times)

• Platform: Windows 7 - 32 bits

• Description: When I exit the application (game) I get an "Game exception" (see attachment no. 1). It says that the game exited unexpectetdy. When I accept to send the data to the UBI-server for furhter investigation I get "Getting crash report server info ..." (see attachment no. 2). After this point the game/application crashes. Nothing happens anymore. When I click on the "x" (cross) to close the program I get a screen saying "Waiting for current task to finish ..." (see attachment no.3).

The problem is that it never finishes. I have to press ctrl-alt-del to go to the task manager and kill the task (game application).

I hope that someone has any suggestions, or that it will be fixed in an update.

Hi Dr-Nooooo,

you mean that it is better not to send data to Ubisoft about the crash reports, and press "cancel"instead?

I thought it was good to send that kind of data, because of the beta-status of the game?!

Hi Guest-C5PqJbLD ,

We would appreciate the crash report if you are experiencing issues yes.

If you encounter crash errors when launching or when playing Mighty Quest, please be sure to click "YES" when the window asking you to send a crash report pops up.

Otherwise, the technical team may not have all the necessary information about the crash issue within the MQEL Diagnostics files that the Customer Team will ask you to attach in your ticket.

In sum, be sure that you;

Click YES when you receive a crash report - if possible
Contact Customer Support about the issue and include a screenshot if possible
Attach your MQEL Diagnostics files to your ticket

To access the MQEL Diagnostic Tool, please navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot\LauncherOnce there, launch the file "MQELDiagnostics.exe" and follow the onscreen instructions. It will generate a archive/zip and place it on your desktop. You will then need to attach that file to this ticket so our engineers can take a look.

To create a ticket, please follow this link: https://www.themightyquest.com/en/cs_tickets/new

Thanks for your help!
