i upgraded the portal and now i can do nothing else until i buy a cyclops but the cyclops is locked cause the portal says it is still on lvl 1. please help it will not let me do anything else until i buy a cyclops. and it will not let me upgrade again.

Hello just found out how to get pics of the game and can not seem to attach files by editing.

  1. this shows a pic of when i first log in
  2. this is a mistake. a copy of the 5th pic
  3. shows what happens after i click ok. it says i have a new creature that i can buy. it will only let me click on the portal.
  4. shows what happens when i do click on portal. from here it will only let me click on summon.
  5. shows what happens when i click on summon. it is pointing to the cyclopes wile saying that it is locked.

it will not let me do anything else while this is going on. please help.

Similarly to this, after summoning up to 25/25 defense rating I ran out of life force to buy the first trap. I cannot complete the next part of the quest, but I can't go anywhere else to sell/grind for life force. So I just can't progress at all. Any suggestions?

Similar problam here. I need upgrade summoner portal, but i dont have Castle Hearth 2.. So i get stuck. Please help. Is there any chance how to reset account?

Hi Everyone, thank you for reporting these bugs. It would be very helpful to the team, if you could create a ticket to support, including as many details and screenshots as possible, so they can get these taken care of.

Already created a ticket side I can't actually pla. Any idea when you might be getting around to fixing server side issues like this? I'd even be fine just reseting my account as long as I can play.

Created a ticket. 3 days ago support said they might have to reset it if that is OK. i said that it was OK and have not heard back yet. i wrote on same ticket 2 days ago that again it was OK to reset it and still nothing. Trying to be patient...
