when you add that just to the target then hit apply it will say the name c/programfilesx86 the might quest for epic loot/launcher.exe just let me play specified in the targe box is not valid. make sure the path and file name are correct.

Do the following:
1) Locate your The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot folder in Program Files (x86) and enter it
2) Go to Launcher folder
3) Right click and Create Direct Access from the archive called PublicLauncher (.exe)
4) Put that Direct Access in your Desktop
5) Right click the Direct Access
6) In the Target box, edit the box like the image attached.
This is, add a space after the colons, add "-JustLetMePlay" exactly like that without colons.

Then there is something wrong, as the servers are not down.

Did you add -JustLetMePlay exactly with all small and big letters and the dash?

ok i got to the point where when you hit play game. it stops and says can not found a directx device with minimum requirements.

We were undergoing maintenance yesterday to apply the latest patch. If anyone of you are having issues connecting please contact our Support department.

Please include as many details as possible
Screenshots if possible
and your DXdiag file.

Attach your MQEL Diagnostics files to your ticket

To access the MQEL Diagnostic Tool, please navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot\LauncherOnce there, launch the file "MQELDiagnostics.exe" and follow the onscreen instructions. It will generate a archive/zip and place it on your desktop. You will then need to attach that file to this ticket so our engineers can take a look.
