Attach your MQEL Diagnostics files to your ticket
To access the MQEL Diagnostic Tool, please navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot\LauncherOnce there, launch the file "MQELDiagnostics.exe" and follow the onscreen instructions. It will generate a archive/zip and place it on your desktop. You will then need to attach that file to this ticket so our engineers can take a look.
