If you encounter crash errors when launching or when playing Mighty Quest, please be sure to click "YES" when the window asking you to send a crash report pops up.
Otherwise, the technical team may not have all the necessary information about the crash issue within the MQEL Diagnostics files that the Customer Team will ask you to attach in your ticket.
In sum, be sure that you;
- Click YES when you receive a crash report
- Contact Customer Support about the issue
- Attach your MQEL Diagnostics files to your ticket
Also, attached is a new version of the MQELDiagnostics tool that will export
the event viewer log and include it in the zip. It needs to go in the
Launcher folder, replacing the installed version.
